Battersea Foundation - 21 Bollingbrook Street
Spending time in and around a historic building reveals more and more before your eyes the longer you look. Susan Reed, who records and restores historic buildings with Commonwealth Architects in Richmond, has turned her lens toward the details of Battersea. From unique design elements and oddly elegant peeling paint, to the play of shadows on stucco and mundane objects in moments of unintentional beauty, this group of photographs takes you on an up-close tour. Come see the show then go find the details in person at Battersea!
